Alternativly to the other answers just treat your customers well, ensure the hotel is clean and well managed, and the reputation will grow as they tell other people. Leave a comments form in each room to find out what you are doing well (and  keep at it) and what you are doing badly (and fix it).

But remember people paying 10,000 Rp a night expect a lot more than someone paying 1000Rp

I would not go down the taxi route as few people seem to trust the drivers. A fuller answer would require knowing where it is and the rates....

U need to devise strategies for making ur hotel famous. U have to tie up with agents those who beek hotels on internet and other sources such as taxi drivers etc who can help u in getting more customers. With the increase in customers, u may get the website of ur hotel or tie up with service providers who can put the ad for ur hotel on web and u may get many customers through word of mouth also.
