  1. You have to eat allot of things like pulses and nuts to get your required amount of protein. My GF is Vegan and she has the healthiest diet I have ever known. Just because you have no meat in your diet doesn't mean you can't get all the things you need. Slads, veg, nuts, fruit, sounds good and healthy to me.

  3. Eat plenty of dairy products and pulses. Being vegetarian does not mean missing out on protein. Eat lentils, beans etc. Eating a wide variety of foods will give a balanced diet. If you want you could take supplements to make sure you are getting enough vitamins/minerals.

    Also as a vegetarian you will be missing out on omega three oils in oily fish. There are loads of oils you can buy which are vegetarian versions of these. Udo's oil is good.

  4. You can havee salad,soup,sprouts and  green leaves.

    1.You can trdifferentnt type of salads daily.

    2.You can try soup witdifferentnt ingredients.

    3.Take one green vegetable per day.

    4.Avoid masala ,spicy things.

    5.Drink lots of water.
