from the airport take the train "leonardo express" to Termini (the main station in rome) there you can take atrain to Pisa (3 hours and you need to change train in florence)

hi..there are many trains from Rome to Pisa...the travel is long 3.30 hours about..it depends if you change the train in Florence or not..you don't need booking the train...

if you tell me when you must arrive in Italy exactly i can explain you all the brad show and the costs..

you don't take a taxi 'cause in Italy they are very very expensive

No advance booking needed, but I think you need to take a taxi or a bus to Romes main train station to get a train to Pisa.
