Hi i'm a cheerleader for the riverside rams, I need to get in fit! Ideas?

Hi my name is savanna, I am currently cheer leading for riverside rams. I've been doing great! I am average weight. But to me i feel fat, I have tried working out, & even a diet. I am 13 years old, & My mother tells me i shouldn't be dieting at my age. I am going to be a FLYER, For the scorpion & heel stretch. I NEED IDEAS. My waist is great, But my legs all i see is FLUBBER I need to get them in shape, I need STRONGER Legs, No FAT! Its hard to see all the other girls, And there legs r in fit or small. :/ Please help. My first game is SEP 6th, & I have to wear a skirt, How can i do that when i am afraid to wear SHORTS I never wear shorts or skirts i wish i could, but people will jus say im FAT! I don't like that. I need TO GET IN FIT IN TIME FOR MY GAME. Is there any way i could loose about 10-15 pounds in 2 weeks? && How can i get stronger legs and ARMS?

  2. You're too young to diet. Exercise moderately when you can. Don't get so hung up on superficial appearances. You have plenty of time to get toned for the game, so no rush. Just do your routines, exercise in moderation and listen to your Mom!

  3. OMG, i hav the same problem! I'm a cheerleader at my high school. I'm a freshman and a year older than u. I was a flyer at camp, but i got the laziest stunt group ever. We never hit any of the stunts, barley a half. i was getting so fustrated. then i got switched 2 a front spot. Finally i was switcthed 2 another stunt group. Then we moved on 2 basket tosses. i asked if i could try one and my couch told me,"u should stick 2 front spotting''. That was my 1st time front spotting. I'ts so simple. Eventually, the bases get stronger and won't need me any more. i feel like an extra.We hav similar stories, ur not alone. I got a great idea though. I hav the perfect waist. U see, i'm a runner. And the more u run, the bigger ur calves get. i don't want guy legs.EW! 2 tell the truth my legs arn't all that bad now. Their just muscley.EW! I've been doing leg work outs on fitness tv and ondemand with Comcast. My advice to u is to take allstars. I'm going to take tumbling, and become the best ever flyer, so all my coaches can say is WOW! Browse the internet for great legs. That's what i'm doing now.I've been planing out  my time 2 shine on my squad. U should 2.Find eveything and everything about legs. Below are some great sites and videos 2 inspire u. GOOD LUCK!
