What do they mean by "Are you able to be bonded?" and for personal references, it says (Do not list relatives or previous emplyers) so if i cant include my previous employers, who can i include? Schools over , so i cant include any of my teachers... any clue? I'm on 17 years old and ive only done one job.

  1. 'Are you able...' means that they are asking you if you work well with others especially in a group.

If this company asks you not to do something I'd do as they say, many companies are different thats why. If there are any problems you can always say that you did as they requested.  Sometimes they test to see if you can follow instructions - no real reason.

  2. Bonding is the process which normally involves fingerprinting and background check. It puts you on file with some type of agency (and the government for some). Tons of job have the requirement (but it is not a large percentage of jobs though).

Personal references- List friends! The more mature the friend the better.
