The modern philospophy of marketing has changed. it used to be that marketing was th process in which a product was ditributed and to whom at what price etc....

these days marketing is everything, accounting, customer service, sales, inventory, it all tends to directly affect marketing and forecast outlooks.

I would start in customer service and see what changes can be made there. as they are cheapest and easiest to implement. Next i would pursue some of the bigger re-saler businessess in your area and try to increase your distribution network .

Develop a guarantee or a sales point that current businessess are not getting from other courriers
