Hi i'm looking for a VGA to tv Converter and i can't seem to find one in a store where might i find one?

I've stopped at the local radioshack and they do have one. I've looked online and i can order it there but i want to find it in a store rather than paying shipping and handleing. the converter is just an ordinary male computer monitor plugin and it should be split to female video and a female s-video cable. what store will i be able to find such a thing? i heard it is rare to find.
