Hi i Need help in spanish?

Hi im learning spanish. But i have a few doubts . Plz tell me if these are correct or if im wrong plz correct it.

Como son tus companeros? = son companeros es simpatico

Como son los taxis? = SOn los taxi rapido

COmo es italy? = Es italy bonito

And im confused with using Estan,Estar , ese and esos. Plz give me some example with these .All of your answers will be appreciated . Gracias. :P

Como son tus companeros? = Mi companeros son simpatico.

Como son los taxis? =  los taxi son muy rapido

COmo es italy? =  italy esta bonito.

i believe this is how it is you just got a few words mixed up.
