Hi i REALLY need some help with this.....pleaseeeee!?

Question

i just got aadobe photoshop lightroom and i really want some help!!!

these girls edited there pictures and i want to do the exact same thing, just make the picture black and white and keep park of the picture colored

by the way make the photo all black and white

and keep the horses halter colores( the purple thing around his head)
