Hi i am an Indian from Dubai and wish to visit ireland in March End.I have few querries as listed below:-?

1.Is it a nice time to visit ireland during March end?

2.Will 5 full days be enough to cover major tourist spots in Ireland?

2a.What are the must see tourist spots that can be fit into our short schedule?We are basically nature lovers.

3.What are the economical ways of accomodation and food?

4.If i stay in Dublin,can i get easy modes of transport to Northern Ireland and Marble arches?

5.Which will be better to book a tour online or go there and decide?Will it be practical to travel on own?Are the tour operators cheaper from there?

6.And finally if anyone has gone from Dubai kindly oblige with tips from ur experience as to visa and all as we are totally lost.

1. yes the weather will be ok, you can never guarantee so make sure you have a rain jacket!!! on the other hand it could be quite sunny but it wont be that warm!! probably around 10-15 degrees!!

2. it depends how much of the main things you want to see. if you want to go everywhere in ireland you would have to narrow it down and there would be a lot of travel involved. 7 days would probably be better and you wouldnt be in so much of a rush.

3. theres many hostels and bed and breakfasts which can be quite reasonable. many hotels in the city center do mid week rates which are much cheaper than at the weekend.

4. you can get a train up to belfast from dublin but it can be expensive. a cheaper way would be to get a coach from bus aras that might be cheaper

5. i would say decide when you get here. there is an excellent open top bus that covers most of the major tourist areas. its about €13 and you can hop on and off whenever you like. and yes it is a very easy city to commute around on your own once you hav a map. everywhere is signposted.
