i hurt my foot on my scooter on the sharp sid and it hurts

what should i do

What kind of machine should i put on it

what should i met on it so it don't really hurt

the skin is still there

im not sure if your serious. sounds like you just got a boo boo. i never do anything besides let time heal it. you can put some neosporin (not sure how to spell) to make sure its not infected. and, dont touch the skin, if its still there.

Put a band aid on it.

Don't pull the skin off! When the skin is there, I normally get a nail cutter and cut the skin off (it doesn't hurt at all)! And after that, I suggest you disinfect it/put ointment or wash the foot and then put a band-aid on it.
