Hi; i am facing problam while i install hp colorlaserjet driver 3600dn;?

a file missing hpzui052

and i am not able to this file in CD also.

The n generally means its network capable. I'd use it plugged into the network.

If not and you want to use the USB. Then DL the latest drivers from here:

Unplug the printer and delete any references to it in the 'printers' section of windows. Go into the control panel and uninstall any programs it may have installed during the botched installation. Once this is done reboot your computer. Turn off your anti-virus software also.

DO NOT HAVE THE PRINTER PLUGGED IN.

Start the install from the DL drivers from the link. At some point it will tell you to plug the printer in. Do it at that time. Hopefully that will finish the install.

I like the computer on the network because its faster then USB and everyone on the network can use the printer without having the a extra computer turned on.
