Hi i am in management,for past 5 years but i have only B.TECh degree?

so my question is company will rejct my cv for no mba degree??

It depends upon your employer if they don't need MBA candidate for your post, then they can not reject. but in my opinion, if you will have a MBA, you will have a good CV. I think, you should apply for MBA entrance exams & should do it, it will be in your favour. best of luck !!

I dont think so.B'coz,whatever is ur degree,ur work is important.And u told that u have been working in management position 4 the past 5yrs.Even if an MBA degree is suggested by most of the companies,they prefer ur efficiency in the work field.And,a company who r interested in academics alone may leave u.But just dont care.And think positive.U will get a proper chance...."WAIT 4 THE COMPANY WHERE U R NEEDED".
