Hi i am looking for a gents silver saltire ring round shank with a square top showing a blue background

I would visit the Argyle Arcade (http://www.argyll-arcade.com) in Glasgow.  There are tons of shops that sell this type of thing, all in one place.  You can 'window shop' for it or go into each shop and ask for it - if they don't have one, they can make one bespoke for you.
