I think u can make ur son milk by using chart papers (white) can make a bottle shaped thing and can tie it round the belly of ur son with this u need to write a message on the bottle telling the positive things bout milk.

Secondly do paint the face white also . make him wear white socks and white shoes.

Give him a poem to speak telling the positive things bout milk and make sure that he learns it by heart don't make it too long just keep it sweet and simple anh a bit humerous if possible.

I am sure ur son will surely do it and will also win the contest .

anyways, you can just put a red carborad around him and label him as mirchi powder. or teekha lal.
