Jenny's (without the "mall" tag) comes to mind first. But wait.

If you dont have too much financial power to build this name into a well known brand, it is pointless to use an owner-centric name. It is better to have a market-centric name or speciality-centric name.

Since you have thought abt building a mall, I presume that you dont want to build a mall just like any one else- a mall for every thing and for every one. You need to first think what your mall will be known for ( a specific niche market or a speciality) and then tie your mall name with that. Many people mistakenly think that the advantage of a mall is that you can get anything there: a one stop shopping. But that is passe. Suppose you want to buy gold or furniture. Will you go to a nearby mall or a mall named "gold souk" and another called "the furniture mall"? Be specific. Be special. It can be market-centric such as malls catering to only the upper crust of society,  the upper middle class, office goers, youngsters, college students, professionals, families with children, or couples who want to spend a lot of "away" time.

You can also choose an uncommon name (such as Jenny's or Jennifer's) and tie it with your speciality. For example, if you open a gold mall, you can name it "Jenny's Gold" or "Jenny's Golden Mall" or "Jenny's Gold Retreat"  even "Jenny's Glitters". Suppose you want to cater to couples, you can choose a name: "Jenny's- the Valentine Mall". The point is speciality. Let me know your speciality, will let you know more names.
