Hi i bought the flip camera about a month ago and when ever i turn it on it doesent record or play back vides?

Sounds like the system control has been messed up. Try removing the battery so as to discharge those parts inside.When pressing buttons in small time intervals may confuse the cameras system control/memory, just like a computer freezing, and basic remedy is to reset by unplugging the cord. In the case of a camera, just remove the battery for a while and put it back on, then turn on power. See if it will solve your problem.
