hi i cant cook indian food its guarti and everyone in myfamily expect so much of me i tired to learn but its so hard to remeber the step for example dalh and roti i cant make it round i dont know how to cook anything what should i do i REALLY want to learn but its so hard to meomrize it PLEASE ANY1 HELP MII IM GOIN THOURGH A REALLY HARD TIME???

Im gujurati as well, and it took me awhile to learn how to cook Indian food too. I suggest you give it some time and practice...thats how i learned and now i can cook without my mom helping me or telling me what to do...

some shortcuts i used to do before when i was learning were:

--to make the rotis round, i used a decent sized round bowl to get a round shape...lol...

--write the recipe down your way meaning in your words and use it every time you wanna make it...this always worked for me

--like for dhal and stuff...you just need to learn the spices and when to use them at the right step...
