Hi i have a humax pvr-9299t?

however when i go to recorded programes the same programme seems to be stuck on record i can neither stop it or delete it...only watch if i want to, which i dont...the word rec1 appears in red which seems to indicated the programme is still being recorded which it cant be...also in the top right hand corner the symbol appears which states in the manual recording stopped because of unexpected error...help.....thanks anna x
