is this a good company.......can i go to this company......plzzzzzzzzzz help........they had come to our college for placement......they selected 8 students for site engineering works.....plzzzz anyone suggest what shall i do.....

I would not work for the offered salary. They hire people internationally and please be sure that your colleagues hired from Europe will not leave their country for this little money.

Btw. not every company keeps employees passports because this considered being illegal in the UAE. Keeping your passport means to put a travel ban on you and no company is authorized to do so. Read the last page of your passport. It's even not your property.

Regarding the UAE Labour Law the end of service benefits are a return ticket and 21 days salary within the first five years and 30 days salary after five years.
