hi m 16 yearsold n i just hire at mcdonalds, but i don't have orieantation yet, becaue when the manager make an apointment with me ,they alway change(2 times aredy),but she was put me on a computer to learch something call E-learning. and i study it for two day(6 hours).

my question is :

1) do you think that wired or it usually just like that?happen alot?

2)if i got a orieantation,what will i do next?training right?if so how long?

3)is it hard to work at mcdonalds as a crew worker, because when i on the computer learn E-learing, there are many stuff to memerize?

4)i know how to use the order machine,but i think i could remember the stuff on it. there are all short cut word, and i don't know all the food name. because usually my family don't eat fast food,my mom alway cook.so all i know are sanwic, hamberger, salad,frie,cook.

6 years ago I had a job at Mcdonalds. I was only 15 and I lived in Fort Atkinson, WI. It was my first job. I had to watch a bunch of training videos first too. For a couple hours. Then I had two days  of training.  At first I was nervous but got use to it after a couple weeks working 3 hour shifts for 15 hours a week.  You will learn fast and it will stick to you.  After a couple months you will pretty much know how to do everything, where all the buttons are on the computer and you will be fine.  I quit after 11 months because I didn't like the new managementGood luck!!

You should try using the "Check Spelling" .  It might help you spell a few of the words correctly.  

Take the E-Leaning seriously if you really want to lean.

I think this is normal just go with the flow (ask other workers what they did and if they all did something alike, even a little bit a like, do that too! Or if it's all different, or some different, pick the aswer you liked best) Hope this helped!

Well, your orientation varies from store to store...You obviously have a job otherwise you wouldn't be put on e-learning.  After your e-learning, you will probably be put on a station with a trainer to start learning hands-on.  Don't be so nervous, it will take you a little while to learn it all, so just take a deep breath, it will be fine...Good Luck.
