Hi i keep getting this error when i try to access a forum which i used to enter normally before 3 days ago why

i saw some questions for this same problem but non of the answers could help me ..

i had many issues on error codes, i had the 500 error code with you tube.com i also had the error 9 code on yahoo answers, when submitting an answer...

I am thinking its just the server, or maybe internet traffic..

lol i dont know.
