  1. You should be fine with law, bio and maths if you work hard, but unless you got an A in it, I really wouldn't recommend taking Chemistry. It's commonly thought of as the hardest A Level, and I know people who got A*s at GCSE but found the A Level very tough.

  2. Its hard to say if you may cope, you need to put this as first priority and not put anything before this. with determination its possible. Have a word with some of your school teachers as they know you and abilities.

I got quite good gcse's but let other things get prioritised before my a-levels (i did bio chem and maths) and I did ok first but getting lower than expected and hoped to pull the marks up in second year but because I didn't put my education first and did not dedicate all my time to it and took on extra stuff I ended up failing miserably getting three E's.

All A-levels are equally hard, you need to passionate about these subjects and be happy and comfortable doing them, as enjoying it is as much contribution as dedication is.

Your only responsibility for the next two years should be your a-levels, explain this to you family friends and partner if you have one (basically all those in your life) and ask that they support you. My main reason is I never got this support from my family as lovely and caring as they are and wanted me to pass with the highest grade. Its another sad chapter of resentment in my life I won't get into.

Remember to have fun once in a while though, don't just lock yourself in a room for two years. do active stuff to keep the brain stimulated and go out with friends/family once in a while but when you have assignments or exams coming keep it to a minimum and learn to say no (that was one of my other problems I never knew that saying no is totally ok).

Good luck with whatever you choose to do. ;-)

  3. Unless one of your Cs was in maths I think it will be ok. Remember it is quite normal to drop one after AS so you can pick your best 3 to get full A-levels in.

  4. u sure can dude!!! just believe in urself n den nuthings impossible!!! but study properly this tym!! n dats a gr8 idea of revising stuff agan!!!

  5. If you have got your place they think you can do it. It is not up to you when I first started I was full of self doubt, but with hard work I made it all the way to the top 2:1bsc degree Msc science and phd. Just work hard and believe in yourself.
