Hi i need help in the sims 2 apartment life, how do you become a witch?where can i find one?

You'll have to have your sim visit community lots.  The good witch will appear during the day if it's raining (If you have Seasons) and clear up the weather and create butterflies.  The evil witch will appear at night and make it rain and lightening (If you have Seasons) and create roaches on the lot.  Befriend the witch of your choice to 70 daily 20 lifetime and then you'll get the choice to ask to become a witch.

They don't always appear so you might have to try several times before you find one.
