im also doing a little bit of working out as in pullups bicep curl ups and pushups. i can feeel my muscles growing a little bit but i can't seem to see it as well. i know this is a result of me having too much fat on my body which is covering up the muscle which results in not being totally visible. i've been running for the past few days. but im not losing any fat. ... my muscles are still not too visible. help?

  1. dude 4 days??

  2. you have to wait like 3-4 months for your muscles to show

you will loose some weight depending on how much you run.

don't be expecting all the muscles to come out over a night...

    so just wait =]

  3. This will take time. I would wait about 4 months before seeing muscles

  4. are you skipping meals? because if you do your body will try and preserve as much energy as it can for special occasions. plus you dont burn fat when you exercise its carbs and calories (i think). But just eat something wiht no or less fat.

  5. 1. you wont see your muscles change in 4 days

    2. If you are tying to lose weight change up your routine so your body doesnt get adapted to that one

  6. dont give up it takes time .in3 months people will be making possitive comments

  7. it's ONLY BEEN 4 DAYS

They say you don't even reap any real benefits for 10-14 days!!

RELAX, but keep it up.  Also don't hammer weights everyday or you'll find you break the muscles down too much and you'll get weaker.  Alternate days for weight workout or atleast areas.

  8. you def wont notice a difference in four days.

keep up working out and dont get discouraged. it takes time to lose weight and build muscle

  9. Millions of people look into "ergogenic aids" or nutritional supplements, you may receive advice from a doctor or a personal trainer on those matters. If you have "recently" as you said, started working out, then you will not immediately see results, especially if what you noted about having excessive body fat. Give it time, there is no miracle drug or anything like that, the best thing you can do for your body is eat healthy, do not smoke, and exercise regularly.

** You see yourself everyday, it is terribly difficult to judge any changes in body composition because your eyes see your own body hours per day. The best way for measuring is actually that, take pre-tests, post-tests, etc... measure yourself, biceps, waist, legs, etc.,.... and then measure again about 2-4 weeks later.... hopefully this helps...
