i'm gonna use it mainly for photoshop cs3 i'm not gonna be playing games at all i'm gonna surf the web from time to time dvd and cd burning the usual ..and thanks

Toshibas are known for overheating so if this happens get a cooling fan also they can be kinda bulky and awkward but if you dont plan on doing very much traveling with it you should be ok.
