and were could i sell it?......ebay?....i was only wondering this s me and my dad recently pulled up about 30 kilos of thin copper wire from a vacant block...and we are just going to sell it....plz help

allright i'm from Newcastle NSW and you can go to any scrap yard. look it up in the yellow pages under ''metal recyclers"

make sure the copper wire doesn't have any plastic or rubber on it then you will get a better price for what will probably be bright copper if you take any plastic off.

if not you will get a lesser price.

they will give you any info you want on any metal should you be lucky enough to find any more.

the pricing... well look your local scrap dealer up and they will tell you what the going rate is

I would be very careful about taking 30kilos of copper wire to any recyclers with the price of copper at the moment, because there has been a lot of theft of copper wire from building site, electrical cable go missing. I would be worried that police would be called when you go and try and sell 30 kilos
