  1. sulcata = 45cm

    redfoot = 30cm

    leopard = 70cm

    remember torts need alot of room even a red foot is gonna need a 6 foot by 3 foot tort table when fully grown AND an out door predator and escape proof enclosure

  2. The Bog Turtle or Muhlenbergs Turtle, usually stays under four inches long. It is endangered. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/co...

    The Speckled Cape Padloper is a tortoise, and usually stays under 3 inches. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=h...

    Of your options the red foot will probably be the smallest. The Sulcata is the third largest breed on Earth. They grow to have a 3 foot shell and can reach 250 pounds. I have one of those at home. The other two are much smaller. The hermann's is fairly small as well but the links about are for the smallest breeds of turtle and tortoise known to man.
