  1. get a burton seven there only 380 and there awesome

  2. $1000 is definitely way too much for a board.  And anyways Burton boards aren't that great in the first place.   Personally I think you should look more into Rome, K2, or Stepchild.  They're great boards and most of their models are pretty low on price.

  3. that board is worth like maybe 500$. burton overcharges all of their boards. get a ride society. its better and half the price. or get a skate banana.

  4. Its your money buy what you want! It is a great board(not for rails but it kills in the pipe and kickers) and it cost waaaay too much but if that is what you want then go for it.

My only thing is dont buy it because you want everyone to see you with you new expensive board. Buy it because it fits you and your style.

Please dont listen to all Burton haters. It is a good brand like all the other brands listed by the haters. Its all personal preference.

  5. dude, 1,000 is WAY too much..

    If your into freestyle..

get a ROME, i've ridden for them for a few years, every year never had a problem with my board, super flexy and great.

or try a signal board, they are sort of unheard of, they are big in minnesota right now, and great great great boards.

whatever you do , dont be like thousands of other kids who ride burton boards, they suck, mine broke when i had it several years ago..

check out rome, signal, or anything but burton!

  6. waste of money u should check in to other brands besides big companys were im from barely anyone rides burton   check some of these out t there cheaper better and i bet yo will like them     :rome, unity, signal, santa cruz, stepchild. the only burton i would EVER get is the UN INC

  7. Vapor for $1000 is retarded

  8. $1000? Are you crazy? There is NO reason to spend that much on a snowboard. I make really good money and like to buy high quality stuff, but that is just like burning $600 - there is no reason for it.

The best advice here is those that are telling you not to buy into the Burton hype. They are not the best boards out there for everything and there are many good brands that cost 1/4 of that - you won't be so worried about trashing your board if it only costs $200 to $300. And yes, riding rails trashes ALL boards. Just find a quality stick that has a reinforced metal edge and a sintered base and that is as good as it gets.

I've purchased my last 3 boards from pre-season clearance sales and have found great Ride and K2 boards which lasted for years and cost $250 or less.

Freestyle - look at Rome, K2, Gnu, Lib Tech

All Around - Ride Decade, Burton (< $400)

    Good Luck

  9. You should get the Burton Custom. I really like it and if your going to do freestiyle its a pretty good board. I pretty much do everything with that board.
