what is the discount ??????

if its 10 percent so it would be  10 pay 9

if its 20 percent then its 10 pay 8

if its 15 then its 10 pay 8:50

I've not worked for Tesco, but of the UK supermarkets I have worked for, 10% staff discount is the norm (so thats £1 off every £10 you spend) but doesn't usually include cigarettes, tobacco or lottery tickets, etc - just grocery shopping.  It should all be in the staff handbook somewhere.

You will probably be entitled to a percentage off your own shopping. You need to ask your supervisor how much the discount is.

You get a 20% discount then if you get £2 off £10 :)
