I've passed the final interviews for 2 companies in abu dhabi. Company A said that an offer letter can be furnished if i can get a No Objection Cert from my company and Company B on the other hand required me to submit authenticated documents and according to them, it will be for a visa processing. Well, to get an NoC in our company, one should submit a formal resignation letter in which it is impossible to do so in my company i.e. anyone who wishes to submit a resignation letter will NEVER get a No Obj. Cert according to the employer. With this, i still gambled to get an NoC and hoped that it will turn out right however, the employer still denied my request. Prior to this, i already submitted my resignation letter hoping for Company B. Learning on my resignation, the PRO got my labour card for visa cancellation. can i apply for no ban restriction? so that i cannot leave the country so sudden? because i'm still hoping for Company B.can anyone give me an advise ??
