  1. Lookout or not, you're just as guilty as the rest of them. Take your punishment and LEARN from it.

  2. Keep up what you are doing and I suspect you will be a long time offender and end up living in a van down by the river. Get an education and use your head dumb-***!

  3. Well, the fact that it was all your idea and also that you were the lookout makes you involved. I hope you get a lawyer as this is serious.

  4. fined, & then spanked u bad cat girl robber

  5. The DA will probably try to lump you in with the other perps and get you all to cop to the same crimes.  Your lawyer should request a separate trial. If the DA is short on evidence, he or she will need one of you to flip, and you would be the obvious choice, in exchange for which you can get the charges against you reduced significantly.

  6. I agree with bumpuseemt

do the crime now do the time

  7. You just stated it was your idea and you were the look out. Look out or the person entering home, you are guilty of same crime. You madce a choice to be a criminal, now you must pay penalty. You will be in trouble and probably receive probation, and possibly community service and pay fine. Learn from your mistakes.

  8. First, in plenty of cases, EVERYONE involved claims THEY were just the lookout. Doesn't matter. The law of parties says they're all equally guilty. Since you're 15, you will pretty much belong to juvenile probation for a goo long time. They'll tell you when to be home, when to come down and sit at their office, where you can go, and plenty of other rules that will make you long for the good old days of just ignoring your parents. Of course, you can ignore the probation office, too. They have a nice residential "school" for you. Okay, it's really a prison for kids. Enjoy.
