  2. I'm 13 and I run about 5 miles a day, but with a lot of rest in between. To stay in shape you should run about 2-3 miles a day, but if you're trying to stay in shape for running, you will need to run about 4 miles a day and do speed and strength training.

  3. if you are just starting try to run around the block or somewhere with even ground. See how far you can run without passing out...jk see how far you can go without becoming completely exhausted. By constantly running and stretching every day you will push yourself and extend the distance you can run. Your body will naturally stay healthy if you eat right and burn calories at the rate your body needs. Start slow and short, and proceed to larger tasks when your body is up to it!

  4. I'm 13 and I try to run 2-4 miles everyday but to get in shape you should try to run at least 2 miles everyday for about a month or so

  5. I am also 13 years old too and I run 8 mles a day. Then do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups and work on your abs too. Then you will look healthy and fit. Good Luck
