You shodl be able to contact any county in New York to get a certified copy of your BC. You will pay a fee, but I expect you can probably do that with a debit or credit card.

You'll have to contact the county clerk for the county you were born in.

I had to do it a few weeks ago you can just google it thers sites that do it it will probably cost you around 35 dollers

you have to go to one of the googled sites an they will asked you for your info then you have to fax a apaper to them that is notorized an has ur sigature veryfying who you are etc then they will send you a birth certificate OFFICIAL copy
