it's a scam.  why would you think that it would be normal to give someone your credit card info so that they can send you money.

Scam!  Did you play? No? Then how can you win?

Besides, you never have to pay to receive your prize.

Also, if you really won the company would send you an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release by e-mail, fax or snail mail.

You can't. The email is a scam. They just want you to fill out your personal information so they can steal money from you.
