  1. If YOUR family has fraternal (non-identical) twins, then you might carry the gene for ovulating 2 eggs at once. In that case, yes you could have twins. Your husband's side has NO bearing on your ability to have twins. None. But if you're over 35 then the rate goes up again.

  2. Your husband's side has nothing to do with the ablilty to produce twins, that comes from the mother. If your grandmother is a faternal twin then your chances are pretty great.  They say the twins skip a generation...so maybe it's your turn!  Faternal twins run in my family and I was blessed with twin girls!!

  3. Well it really depends on a lot of things. First of all your husband has no bearing on your chances of conceiving twins as the gene to ovulate twice which causes fraternal twins is carried by the mothers family and indentical twinning where one fertilized egg splits into two is totally random. Also I want to let you know that twins skipping generations is a myth as my grandmother had a set of twins and one of those twins had two sets of twins and another one of my aunts had a set of twins. Your chances of conceiving twins also goes up as you age and increases rapidly after 35. I hope this helped.

  4. My grandmothers both had twins, my uncle has twins, but I don't... And I was pregnant 3 times...

  5. if your family has twins then the chances are high it doesnt matter if your husband has twins in his family weird i know

  6. more than 50%. bst of luck
