ignore other person. . . well first , when you start you get 100 points. points let you ask questions and stuff.

if you answer someones question, you get 2 points. if you ask  a question, you lost 2 points , i think. once you answer a lot of questions or get picked for the best answer, you can go up levels until you get to unlimited questions! hope this helped
