Visit http://www.HSLDA.org and click on the International link for Canada-there you can find out the legal requirements for homeschooling in your province, as well as other information such as support groups.

You can also visit http://groups.yahoo.com and type in "Quebec homeschoolers" to find a group of local homeschoolers.  They can offer you a lot information based on experience!
