Hi!! is it necessary for a spouse to be a graduate to go to australia?

some one had told me that If my spouse is not a graduate , I can't take her along with me to Australia. I had a permanent resident

  3. As long as you're qualified in a required occupation and can pass the points test, your spouse only needs to meet the health and character requirements and does not need to be a graduate. S/he will receive exactly the same visa as you do with all of the same privileges.
