oh no, not at all, one of my close friend have gone to australia after marriage and she is high school pass only

however further studies from there may be a good idea :))

As long as you're qualified in a required occupation and can pass the points test, your spouse only needs to meet the health and character requirements and does not need to be a graduate. S/he will receive exactly the same visa as you do with all of the same privileges.
