Hey mate,

I'm an Aussie and I've been working on ships for 6 years now. There are a few job sites that advertise jobs like www.seek.com.au and www.hcareers.com that are worth a look.

There are a few recruitment companies getting around but your best bet is still to go directly to the cruiselines. Have a look under their employment section and go from there.

Not sure if you were asking about ships in Australia or just getting a job from here. The only ships that call Australia home is Captain Cook Cruises and P&O.
