any top brand name are equally good, mcafee, norton, pctools, avg.  the one bad thing about norton it uses allot of computer resources, as long as you dont mind that, then its fine.

i get norton/symtec as part of my broadband package and have no problems with it.it may use a bit more PC memory than some others.

but i find it safe.

I've been using Norton products for years and they've always been great!

360 has antivirus/firewall but also has backup software included too - if you don't want that (say you already keep backups of you files on cds or something) you can get Norton Internet Secuity for a little cheaper -- that's what I have.
