Then take the final descision about deletion of your account,then click,

Once you've deleted your account it will NEVER be get back or reactivated ,in any way ,so besure about this prior to deletion, and read all the warning messegas before deleting account and then take your final decision about it.

Why would you want it canceled?

If you don't want to use yahoo services just don't open your email ever again. This would automatically detect your email as dormant. But if I were you, you should use yahoo mail since it's the best thing ever.
