Hi is there anything i can do to save Ghana from pollution especially plastic waste?

Collect the plastic and recycle it appears to be as far as America has got. This strategy still leaves a lot of estrogenic material to pollute the groundwater.

It appears that the only way to avoid that is to get the plastics processed in a pyrolitic oven, returning them to a state where they can be efficiently be burned as motor fuel, ( combined with crude oil at a refinery.)

This does have a problem too. Chlorine in the plastics still leaves us with PCB-like compounds in the fuel which need to be burned at high temperatures.

There is a strategy of using sodium pellets to remove the chlorine. The problem with that is that creating the sodium pellets involves release of chlorine in the same quantities as we remove from the fuel. I am looking for a better solution.
