Hi is this a good way to lose 2 pounds a week?

I recently joined Planet Fitness and I have gone on a diet and I consume about 2000-2300 calories. I walk/run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes. I stretch before of course. Then I do various weight lifting exercises. I'm trying to lose 50 lbs do you think that's a good strategy to lose 2 pounds a week. Please no jokes and thank you for your answers.

  1. Yes, it's very healthy if you loose weight 1-3 pounds a week. If you loose/gain weight too fast, it's really bad for your body.


  2. err i did that to i gained wheight cause of the whieght lifting i gain about 6lb of muscle in 2 months
