  1. Tea at The Ritz is absolutely fantastic - it's about £35 per person.  I've been twice (first time for my birthday, also in April), and followed by a walk through Green Park on a nice day is lovely.  I'm 26 so my budget might be considerably less than yours, but I've lived in London for 6 years and it's one of the best value things I've done while I've been there, because what you get for your money is fantastic.  You'll need to book now to get in though I imagine.  Alternatively, if you have something else planned to do in the city during the day of her bday, breakfast at The Wolsey (maybe I've mispelt that, it's a few doors down from The Ritz on Piccadilly) is also exquisite, and well priced (book in advance also).

  2. yes, you should take her out to dinner and maybe you guys go see a movie or maybe a walk by a beach.

  3. You can take her to a nice holiday, need not be a far off place. Book a nice beautiful suite and spend the whole day with her.

buy her a nice gift, flowers and chocolates.

  4. yes, a nice restuaraunt... blah blah.

be worried about getting a nice hotel.

  5. take her to the Baton Rouge its a bit on the high budget side but if you want romantic its the perfect place to go

  6. Here ya go:

    Best Romantic Restaurants: London

  7. china town for a meal and go see a show,or a romantic trip down the thames good luck mate a fellow 40yr old

  8. If it was me I would love to be told to pack a weekend bag, including a swimsuit and evening wear and wisked off to a posh hotel that has a good spa, pool and restaurant.

Is she a party goer? Do you think she would like to be with all her friends and enjoy a party. Does she like a surprise?? Could you organize a party for her without her finding out?

Can you give us a budget?? Perhaps then I could give you a better answer.

How thoughtful of you to think of her birthday so early on, what a lucky Lady.

  9. How about a romantic meal somewhere with a view, like Galvin at Windows
