Hi ive have got knee pain from overpronation I'm joining the army in two weeks how long will it take to go ?

  1. Knee pain as a result of excessive pronation can be commonly linked.

    If the excessive pronation is causing the knee pain you need to address this, which can be done by the use of foot orthotics and good footwear.  

    Have a look at what shoes (runners) you are wearing. Go and get a good pair of joggers fitted at your sports store. Also look at some good foot orthotics, preferably custom foot orthotics for the best control to control the excessive foot pronation. These aim to limit the amount of pronation in your feet.

    I would recommend having an examination by a podiatrist for appropriate diagnosis. But if you know what is causing the problem then get some decent quality foot orthotics straight away.
