Hi lady's I need a little infomation on how to host a bridal show ? please help me?

Well there is a lot of details that go on with a bridal show.  I'd rent the venue first b/c that needs to be big enough to hold everyone.  Then start contacting vendors.  You'll need to contact tons of vendors in the area and don't set the price so high that they can't afford it.  A crappy show has like 7 vendors and a great one has more than 100.  You'll need to contact all the local limo companies, horse drawn carriages, photographers, videographers, all the different things you can imagine and see if they would be interested in doing a bridal show this weekend in April and tell them how much space costs.  Make them responsible for their own table and set up.

Last is the marketing.  That's a lot of work.  You'll need TV time, radio, and billboards.  Billboards are the cheapest and if it's a small town or the venue is someplace everyone drives by, you can get good locations for that.  Have the venue put it up on their sign.  Put flyers in bridal shops all around the area.

It's very expensive to do really so often places have to charge the brides a cover as well.  However you don't want to charge so much that brides are mad and don't show.  After all, the last several they went to were probably free.  If it's an expensive cover, they won't show if they are only looking for one vendor.

But I don't understand what you mean you "got to Feb 09".  April is a great time for those Expos since a lot of brides are planning a year in advance but how can you have a date when you don't have any info on how to host it yet?
