Hi....months ago I recieved a cheque signed by a person named Sorin Radescu?

The cheque is from HSBC London,

I don't Know who is Mr. Radescu and why he is getting me these sum of money.

Does anybody know about Radescu?

You got on a scam mailing list somehow.  Mr. Radescu doesn't know you personally.  He is doubtless a scammer trying to get money out of you.  Check the links below for information on counterfeit checks from HSBC accounts.

Have you paid this cheque in? Because if you haven't, a cheque is only valid for six months from the date of issue. Whether or not it has cleared if paid in will indicate the intentions of the gentleman. There is no-one of this name on 192.com.

Sounds like a scam and the check will bounce and you will be responsible for all fees and the amount that you overdraw your account.
