  1. Unfortunately your youtube video isn't viewable. Try to re-format it or use another website to record your vocals.

Can't afford lessons Check some colleges or music schools with community services, they give away scholarships from promising vocal students. Call around in your area to see if this is a possibility. Try the college community music schools first.

For range, make sure you are using proper diaphragmatic breathing. Vocalize your range EVERYDAY from the top of your range to the bottom. Try slow vocalises to fast ones, go up the scale on half steps, whole steps, and octave leaps. The siren (going up and down in your range to resemble a siren) is also a great vocal exercise. Use different syllables and vowel sounds. Be creative. Also, you can purchase vocal exercise books. However, if you just vocalize your whole range for AT LEAST 5 to 10 minutes (no cheating) you will get your voice going. Sometimes all you have is 5 minutes, so that's the least amount of time I would use. In your case 10 or 15 minutes might be more efficient, but use your time wisely. Don't overwork your vocals, and have confidence in what you do. Have a great Labor Day!

  2. Be confident when you sing, focous on your breathing and keep practicisng, that should do the trick!

what do you think about my vocals?
