Iran, Iraq and Turkey are all strong contenders.  Due to the political situation in Iran and the military situation in Iraq though, I suppose Turkey's your best bet.

OMG!Iran.

Iranian people are known for being hospitable.We love and respect foreign travelers.If you ask any pedestrian a question,they will gladly help you.Taxi drivers,waiters,etc...are very kind and nice to you.Anywhere you go everyone is friendly to you.And again,Iran people are known for being hospitable.It's one of their characteristics.
